DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

CORE PURPOSE:

• Providing technical support to teachers and students undertaking the Film and Media across the school, including operational logging and maintaining all equipment within the studio rooms and being on hand during classes to offer educational and technical advice/ training. 
• Assisting, operating and monitoring the technical operations of the theatre, including lighting, sound, set design and construction and coordinating necessary maintenance, also striving to maintain a culture of excellence in all areas of the  operations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other relevant discipline in Film Production and/or Theatre Production.
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant experience, preferably in film production with some stage production experience.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively liaise with internal and external parties. 
• Extensive knowledge of film production, theatrical/stage production and the use of film and media equipment, including applicable softwares, video, lighting and audio/sound console operations, rigging and other equipment operation for stage production. 
• Extensive knowledge and skills video editing and audio editing, and strong capabilities in broadcasting and live streaming experiences.
• Strong computer literacy capabilities (Google Suites and Apple Applications), including industry-related software.
• Good skills in time management and organisation skills, diligence, ability to keep track of project status throughout various stages of a production set up.
• Enjoys organising and designing an interior film/studio space and working in a theatrical production environment.
• Able to work effectively both independently or in a team.
• High interest and curiosity in trends in video production, marketing, videography, and cinematography and up-to-date on the latest in the technical aspect of studio set design.
• Works carefully and meticulously, takes pride in a job well done, high initiative to make something right, quick thinking, creative and resourceful.

Desirable:

• Skilled in producing a short film / movie or has taken a relevant course in film production.
• Certified in operational lighting and sound equipment for stage production.
• Experience in the education industry would be advantageous, particularly in an international school setting.
