Develop weekly and monthly social media calendar for Bobobox social media channels (Instagram and Twitter)
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, video, and news)
Effectively provide engaging customer service on selected Social Media within set SLAs and KPIs as discussed and approved with Brand Manager;
Discuss constantly with Commercial team: SLAs & KPIs; strive to stretch goals;
Pinpoint trends and be able to recommend improvements to workflows/product and the day-to-day operations in general
Continually evaluate B2C social media trends to make sure we’re using appropriate strategies, channels, and tools
Analyze competitor’s social media strategies
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Implement active campaigns to develop awareness
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Preparing weekly and monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy and campaigns for optimal results
You’ll fit with this role if you..
Minimum bachelor degree from English literature, journalism, communications, marketing, or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience working as social media specialist, social media strategist, or similar roles
Experience creating social media content as talent is a plus
Excellent writing / copywriting skills
Must be fluent in English
Familiarity with social media tools (Socialbakers, SproutSocial, Hootsuite, Phlanx, etc.)
Ability to making digital plan board / calendar for execute campaigns
Excellent communication skills, flexible, highly committed and result oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
Have high initiatives, great collaborator, and team player
