Gunung Sahari Group is part of the Fullerton Heath Indonesia group of companies, operating as a clinical laboratory based in Gunung Sahari, Central Jakarta. GS Lab has other Depok, Kelapa Gading, and Citra Garden branches.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Oversee the lab’s routine operations and staff duties
• Manage the lab’s budget and inventory
• Order stock and supplies for the lab
• Oversee the maintenance, and repair of lab equipment
• Perform the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff
• Manage internal and external communications, and answer queries about lab service

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related disciplines
• Proficient in English, both written & spoken
• 4 – 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the healthcare industry is an advantage
• Excellent managerial skills, ability to multitask, & team-oriented mindset
• Experience working in a lab would be advantageous
• Strong people management (leadership) & interpersonal skills
