What Will You Do:

• Telesales for offering OCMS (Aloshop).
• Scraping new leads, generating leads from various sources, such as Marketplace, Website, Referrals.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Call potential customers and convert to registration.
• Guide merchants to do registration, login, and integration.
• Maintaining a merchant during the trial period.
• Delivered demo product for a new merchant.
• Manage individual daily reports daily.
• Communicate customer experience and feedback to the CS Team.
• Handling tickets if there are any bugs during the merchant trial.

What Are The Requirements:

• Minimum D3 graduates in any field.
• Proven experience as a Telesales Minimum 2 years.
• Previous experience in SaaS, E-commerce, Omnichannel or IT companies is a huge advantage.
• Good knowledge of relevant CRM & Call Center Systems.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting the sales target and productivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good in Office tools (Ms. Office, or Google tools).
• High-motivated, cool-tempered, and willing to work under pressure. 
• Having a personal laptop to support daily work.
