Technical Support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Electronics or Engineering)
• Familiar with NFPA codes and standards
• Familliar with AutoCAD
• Experience working as a fire protection and security technician for minimum 3 years
• Working knowledge of common fire, safety & security products
• Electrical construction knowledge

Responsibilities:

1. Provide customer technical support as needed.
2. Read and understand engineered drawings, specifications, programs, schematics, installation manuals, and service manuals.
3. complete reports on time, including service paperwork, inventory log, timecard, and weekly expense reports.
4. Provide operational training end-users.
5. troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire protection system & electronical security system.
