DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct Production Planning overall operation including commerce (development samples)
• Ensure capacity utilization: Plant capacity vs delivery slot (ETD)
• Supervision and review production planning following delivery schedule
• Prepare monthly report of production overview & material requirement
• Manage On Time In-Full delivery (OTIF)
• Maintain Communication Internally
• Conduct and implement Cost optimization strategy
• Review & improve/innovate SOP, including multi skill/halfday mindset
• Report and evaluate outstanding order status to Production Manager and Snr.Operations Manager
• Measure KPI’s regularly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from Industrial Engineering
• Has 5-8 years of working experience as PPIC Manager
• Able to Manage Team
• Speak English Fluently
• Understand MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
