DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
- Manage GA functions to support business activities; office management, company assets management, etc
- Responsible in employees legal matters and regulations (such as but not to limited to industrial relations, BPJS, employment contract, attendances, payroll, recruitment and performances review)
- Develop performance and talent management programs
- Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the HR Department
- Propose and manage the implementation of HR capacity cost budget
Requirements:
- Minimum age 35 years old
- Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Physicology, Law or equivalent. A Master’s degree/Post graduate Degree will be a plus
- At least 5 years working experience and the related field is required for this position
- Good analytical thinking and accuracy
- Deep understanding in all aspects of HR (talent acquisition, performance management, industrial relations, people development)
- Strong working knowledge and experienced in budget, recruitment strategies and KPI
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, proactive, goal oriented, make it happened mind set
- Require skill : MS. Office
- Fast learner and good adaptability to fast change environment
- English is a must
- Certified by BNSP for HR Manager
