DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Descriptions:
- Plan and estimate costs for building security activities according to SOP.
- Perform administrative checks (manpower, parking revenue, traffic, reports, invoices, etc.)
- Collect data on all security & parking equipment (log sheet/checklist) in accordance with the agreed work contract
- Evaluate and provide proposals for building security & parking systems development as a reference for improving operational activities
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Property Management
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Advanced knowledge in security devices, parking systems and controls, and emergency response
- Willing to be place at Jakarta or based on need in any ITC around Jakarta / Tangerang.
